MEET RAMÓN
Ramón Amaya is an Industrial Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the mining and food industries, specializing in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management systems, quality management and training. He is the Executive Director of SP&E Consulting, where he leads occupational risk management and quality system initiatives.
Previously, he served as Superintendent of Management and Strategic Planning at Álamos Gold Inc. Ramón is a Professional Validator of Specialized OSH Services in Sonora, Mexico, and an instructor in health and safety and technical sciences.
He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and is fluent in Spanish and English.
