What began as a pioneering provider of competency-based training for mining, processing, and manufacturing industries has grown into a global consulting and advisory partner for organizations operating in high-risk environments. We are one of the earliest exponents of the &#8216;New View\u2019 in safety, based on the work of Edward Deming, James Reason, Rasmussen and Pidgeon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In 2016, we expanded our capabilities with the creation of Riskmap International, a sister company dedicated to advanced risk management solutions.
