She is a principal consultant for Safemap International and Safemap Latin America for resilience-based safety issues, leadership development processes and safety culture change processes, safety coaching program.\u00a0 Additionally, she has added competencies in Organizational and Individual Ontological Coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
