Advise on legal impact and liability.<br><li>Experience in handling crisis situations requiring sound judgment, quick, firm decision-making and expediting action.<br><li>Efficient management of the R42 million SHE budget to ensure optimal development and implementation of interventions to improve and sustain excellent SHE performance throughout the mine.<br><li>Ability to develop and implement comprehensive Health and Safety Management programs aligned with business objectives.<br><li>Coordinate, manage and sustain a reliable and efficient integrated ISO management system for optimal SHE performance.
