Koos Roux
Koos Roux is an experienced organizational development specialist and a generalist management consultant. He has spent ten years in the training and human resources field in the mining industry, eight years on executive level in the manufacturing environment and eight years as a management consultant and business projects manager.
Koos has designed and implemented many management and leadership training programs, managed technical training programs and facilitated many workshops by using a very wide range of techniques.
He has participated in an international study tour to investigate a bench marking tool for best practices in China, South Africa, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom and Italy. He implemented and managed the 20 Keys Programme (Best practices benchmarking tool) in several blue chip companies.
Koos joined SAFEmap in 2005 and as an Industrial Psychologist (intern) and a registered WHSO in Australia is well equipped to facilitate safety programmes and interventions.
